I lol'd. No matter what you say about the low poundage on his bow, if he *were* using some magic items to boost his stats, totally feasible on a table top.

I couldn't help but start to imagine some homebrew archery feats: Offense is the Best defense: Player can sacrifice 1 ranged attack to attempt a "parry" against an incoming physical ranged attack before their next turn. roll an attack against the attack roll of the incoming arrow (no penalty for thrown items, -2 for arrows and bolts) if you hit, the object is deflected (apply damage if it's a flask, potion or bomb)

anyway, this just gave me food for thought.

No doubt he makes some boastful claims, but I couldn't do that s* even if I DID have a hundred tries, haha. I remember thinking at one point, "dude, how is this guy's ranger dumping out like 8 arrows a round? No waysies" but I got over it, just accepted its no more realistic than say, Punching someone for twice the damage of a twohanded weapon wielded by a weightlifter. Or, you know, using magic.

He is good but some of that is video editing.

Theres a ranger archetype that allows you to deflect ranged attacks by shooting them out of the air. Ranged Tactics Toolbox

At the end of the day, you're still just sitting around full attacking and not really enganging tactically in the encounter. Boring, IMO.

I support this plan fully.
