Arcanist 'Bloodline Development' and Wildblooded Sorcerer bloodlines

I'm curious about what people think about this.
Now, I know you can't use that exploit specifically for a wildblooded bloodline BUT what if you multiclass into a wildblooded sorcerer before (or after, whatever) picking up that exploit?

"The arcanist must select an ordinary bloodline with this ability, not one altered by an archetype"

but

"If the arcanist already has a bloodline (or gains one later), taking this exploit instead allows her arcanist levels to stack with the levels of the class that granted her access to the bloodline when determining the powers and abilities of her bloodline."

so which ruling would take precedent? Is it a ruling followed by an exception, or simply one rule followed by a limitation?
I would imagine the first part would be the final word; meaning no wildblooded nonsense at all, but that being said is this something most of you would houserule to ignore simply for not really being a big deal?

The latter phrase includes the key word "instead", which means that you ignore what the exploit normally does in favor of that option if you qualify for it. So yes, if you actually possess a Wildblooded or Crossblooded (or Wild-Crossblooded if your GM allows it) bloodline, then taking Bloodline Development will allow it to progress with your Arcanist levels.

Wild-blooded alters a normal bloodline, by changing the Arcana and some of the bloodline powers. The bloodline is still the same bloodline. For example, Sylvan is still part of the Fey bloodline. Primal is still part of the Elemental bloodline.

An Arcanist can not select a bloodline altered by an archetype because that archetype is only available to Sorcerer class levels.

So, the Bloodline Development exploit would stack with a Mutated Bloodline.

Silver Crusade

There seems to bes consensus on this, but it seems the good people over at Hero Lab don't hold to the view that Wildblooded varients are compatible with Bloodline Development even with a Sorceror dip to grant the Bloodline.

With that in mind, with apologies for thread necromancy, I'd appreciate an FAQ to clarify that point.
