Probably stating the obvious first, but you have two pools of 'critter' focus each operating at 4th level.
Both can be active at the same time, but most of the individual abilities won't stack. getting +2 str from ant and +2 dex from Tiger is fine, but +2 str from ant and another +2 str from bull isn't as both are enhancement bonuses.
And while you can have darkvision 60' from bat, getting darkvision 60' from phasmid doesn't actually increase the range of your darkvision, so it probably isn't worth taking.
interestingly Mantis and Snakes bonuses to attacks with attacks of opportunity are untyped so should stack.
So this combo is good if you want lots of smaller bonuses, not so good if you want that big bonus to strength.

What about Scarab Stalker? It alters Animal Focus so it counts as the same ability.

No it doesn't. If the abilities were identical they'd stack as one 8th level pool with a single active ability (until you got 2). Scarab Stalker alters it so you effectively have 2 level 4 abilities with the same name.
That is my understanding of how it works anyway. I cannot find anything definitive in the rules one way or the other. If I am wrong you would have a single level 8 ability with an expanded range of options.

I asked this same thing with Savage Technologist's Rage and Ulfen Guard's Rage. The answer I got was that because Savage Technologist alters its Rage and Ulfen Guard acts as the Barbarian's Rage, Rage in general was permanently altered for the character. Ulfen Guard's Rage works and stacks as the Savage Technologist, and even if the name was different, it is altered and still technically counts as the same ability.
