Besides the rather involved process of milking yourself and then crafting a poison?
No, probably not as far as I am aware.
The vishkanyas can do this though. They can apply it as a swift action for CON/day (either by licking the blade or pouring blood on it). They are also rather good choices as a sorcerer race (+2 DEX/CHA, -2 WIS). It is a dex poison, but they also have a racial feat to make it a knock out poison.

It's a standard action to apply poison to a weapon or a single piece of ammo. Unless you have the Poison Use ability, though, you risk exposing yourself. Dunno if a Serp Sorc is immune to his own poison... if not, it'd suck for him to bite his tongue. The Poison section in the glossary only lists samples of common poisons so it isn't considered exhaustive. Arguably, you could either collect your fang poison and store it or just sort of rub a weapon across your fangs. Not sure if you'd be able to just press the weapon against your fangs to coat it properly, though.

Oooh, I can milk myself? :)
But seriously, are there actually rules for milking a creature for venom? The Serpentine Bloodline venom can actually be pretty nasty (high saves, and does con damage for multiple rounds). Character is PFS, so can't mess around with house ruling anything :(

There's no rules for milking per se, but there IS a way to do it legally. The Chalice of Poison weeping will do it for you, albeit at a price, reduced save, limited to one/day (usable in advance)...
But, it is workable!
Poison a creature (a rat would work)
Suck the poison out with a chalice of poison weeping.
Congrats, you have 1 dose of poison at -4 saves.
Repeat, one dose per chalice per day.
If only a way to bypass the once per day restriction without having to buy more than 1 of the item...
