Customer Service Reply Time for Emails

Hi there! Just a quick question. I sent an email to customer service about a week ago and I'm curious what the normal turn around time is to get a reply. I'm sure you all are swamped, under staffed, and working as hard as you can, I'm just trying to figure out what the timeline might be for a reply.

They posted yesterday that there's been some issues with their emails. Hopefully this is a better way to get through. :-)
