Emailing Paizo Customer Service

Folks,

Yesterday and today we've been having some issues with our customer service email (we are only having intermittent access). If you need to contact us for assistance, please do so via a new customer service messageboard thread or by calling. We are answering as many emails as we possibly can when we do have access. I am looking into some alternative means of contacting customer service to make this outage less inconvenient.

It looks I've been lucky, as just today the always awesome Paizo customer service solved a small mishap with my latest order (thanks Sharaya!!).

We are also down to 2 customer service reps and myself for this week so if we are not able to pick the phone up right away, please give us a few minutes and try again or post on the boards.

Spoiler:

We are looking into a new phone system with the option for callers to enter a queue, but thats a couple months away. In the meantime our phone system is pretty out of date and I apologize for the inconvenience.
