Both Primary and Secondary Bite Attacks?

Rules Questions

Sovereign Court

This is a question refering to the trait "Mother's Teeth" for Lamashtu's followers from the Goblins of Golarion and the "Maw" and "Toothy" alternate racial traits for tieflings and orcs respectively. I have also included the "Feral Gnasher" goblin archetype, which has the "Savage Bite (Ex)" ability. The first gives the user a secondary natural bite attack. What happens if you combine it with any of the latter?

Does this mean that the character gains two bite attacks? Or does they stack in some way to increase the effectiveness of the first bite attack? For example, Tieflings can have the racial trait 'Maw', which gives them a 1d6 primary bite natural attack.

Here are the rules for bite attacks on characters.

Goblins of Golarion p. 16 wrote:
Mother’s Teeth (Lamashtu): Your teeth are more jagged and pointed than normal. You can make a bite attack for 1d2 points of damage as a secondary attack.
Advanced Race Guide p. 169 wrote:
Maw or Claw: Some tieflings take on the more bestial aspects of their fiendish ancestors. These tief lings exhibit either powerful, toothy maws or dangerous claws. The tiefling can choose a bite attack that deals 1d6 points of damage or two claws that each deal 1d4 points of damage. These attacks are primary natural attacks. This racial trait replaces the spell-like ability racial trait.
Advanced Race Guide p. 52 wrote:
Toothy: Some half-orcs’ tusks are large and sharp, granting a bite attack. This is a primary natural attack that deals 1d4 points of piercing damage. This racial trait replaces orc ferocity.
Advanced Race Guide p. 116 wrote:
Savage Bite (Ex): At 1st level, a feral gnasher gains a savage bite attack. This is a primary natural attack that deals 1d4 points of damage. If the goblin already has the hard head, big teeth racial trait, the damage increases to 1d6. At 10th level, the damage from a feral gnasher’s bite increases to 1d6 (or 1d8 if the goblin has the hard head, big teeth racial trait) and deals ×3 damage on a critical hit. This ability replaces fast movement.
Advanced Race Guide p. 163 wrote:
Natural Weapon: A tengu has a bite attack that deals 1d3 points of damage.

And what about shapeshifting? I presume that the Mother's Teeth disappear, seeing as they are supposed to be part of your natural form?

Unless you get a second mouth...no.

You cannot have two bite attacks. Only one per limb.

They do not stack, but overlap. You use the most effective one.

EDIT: Rackin' frackin' ninjas.

Yeah, they pretty much summed it up nicely. Overlaps, you don't get two bite attacks.

If I was running the game, I'd treat 'Mother's Teeth' and 'Hard Head, Big Teeth' as a similar enough ability so that your 'Savage Bite' receives the higher die for damage.
