What it says... Who can find the best grass in a digital real time environment NO CUT SCENE RENDERS OR STILL RENDERS PLEASE! As self appointed GRASS TROLL I will select the winner this Saturday when I wake up under my bridge. The winner will receive ALL of my in game money. I will proclaim them honorary grass master spotter at the end of this thread and contact them so I can give them their reward in a starter town of their choice.

Time to go for the big guns in grass simulation.
Grass Simulator (1)
Grass Simulator (2)
Edit: Oops. If I can only have one official entry, let's go with the second picture.
For more information, click here.
Edit 2: I think picture #2 may have been a photo of real grass. Here's a replacement.

Since there's only one per person, I'll go with my LOTRO one. I think Outtera looks better, but it's arguably a still render. It's from a tech demo for an engine, but I haven't personally seen the demo in action.
Actually I just downloaded and tried the outtera tech demo it's not a still render

Final Fantasy XIV - A realm reborn
While I didn't care for the game itself, the visuals were nice - including the grass.

Video from Far Cry 2.
"a landscape that is so unique and unlike anything in gaming today that it is really all players can focus on. Taking place on a virtually recreated 50-kilometer mass of African landscape, playing Far Cry 2 is about the next best thing to actually going on a safari. Trees sway realistically in the wind, and brush fires will actually leave behind charred remains as you progress through the world."
This is what we need in PFO. Landscape that looks good, then starts on fire when we cast fireball spells...

I'll go with Elder Scrolls Online (with grass on, of course :) )
(though the grass and foliage in the latest World of Warcraft expansion is also nicely done, and moves when you walk through it.)
