cackling hag's blouse & witching gown..

I'm sure I know the answer here but thought I'd check on the off chance..
Can a Hexcrafter magus use these items as a witch?

No he cannot, as far as I can tell.

you can use the cackling hags blouse to turn your cackle into swift twice per day and you get the +2 to intimidate but you do not gain the cackle hex if you don't have it, that's witch specific.
With a witching gown you get +2 on saves and +2 to bluff, intimidate and diplomacy but no other affects.
note the +2 to intimidate from the blouse and gown dont stack. one can only look so witchy
