How do these interact?
Rage (Ex)
A savage technologist can enter rage as a barbarian, except she gains a morale bonus to Strength and Dexterity instead of Strength and Constitution, and she does not take a penalty to Armor Class. She retains the bonus on Will saving throws. When a barbarian ability would increase the savage technologist's Strength while raging, it increases her Dexterity instead.
This ability alters rage.
Benefit: Whenever you are raging, the morale bonus to your Constitution increases by +2. Your rage does not end if you become unconscious. While unconscious you must still expend rounds of rage per day each round.

Uh two ways of reading it i guess.
Zerosum. Where you say the morale bonus is zero. And then increased. BY 2 to a total plus 2.
And the other way. Where because there isnt any bonus it doesnt apply.
So.. If pfs i have no clue. If home game ask your gm how its read.
But
I myself an fond of zero sum Because pathfinder acategorizes bonuses so i view then always in the calculation but always a zero.
Just like if your con is 10 your hp is rolled dice +con
Mod of 0.
At the ver least the unconscious raging is still valid
