What are some of the best items I can get for PFS that are 1500g (or less than, but no more)?

A 1,5 liter bottle of water is just slightly over 1500g (be sure to get plastic, not glass!) and will keep you hydrated throughout the session.

Seventy-five alchemist fires.

1500 what a peculiar limit ^^, I do face the same problem.. 3000 is a far more useful limit.

If in doubt, get a scroll, but since you are most likely about level 7 can you post some details about your character?

No doubt -- mithral waffle iron. Seriously . . .

Cloak of Resistance +1 -- first of your big six items.

Snapleaf

Pearl of Power, 1st level -- for prepared casters who repeat spells

Page of Spell Knowledge 1st level -- for that special spell that a spontaneous caster wants

Sleeves of Many Garments -- so you can always be properly dressed.

Elixer of Fire Breath if you are an Alchemist that likes Alchemical Allocation.

Traveller's Anytool or All Tools Vest -- some projects just need tools.

Ioun Torch -- so you don't need a hand free for a torch.

Boots of the Cat -- survive falls.

Origami Swarm -- just for the description

Dire Collar -- for that special animal companion

I'm sure there are more that I've forgotten.

1500 is the purchase limit at fame 9 if I recall correctly. (Too lazy to open the guide).

1000 gp
Cloak of Resistance +1
Armor or shield to +1
Boots of the Cat Always land on your feet and only take minimum damage from falling (Ultimate Equipment)
If you have an animal companion: Dire Collar One minute per day enlarge person (Advanced Class Guide)
Mask of Stoney Demeanor +10 to bluff for lying, +5 for feinting. The penalty is like neglicable (Ultimate Equipment)
Pathfinder Pouch Tiny bag of holding used for smuggling (Seekers of Secrets)

1500 gp
Cracked Opalescent White Pyramid Want to use that exotic weaon but don't want to spend a feat on it? Now it's a martial weapon. (Seekers of Secrets)

Scroll of breath of life (1125gp)

Sounds like you are refering to a certain chronicle sheet.

Specifically I'm a scythe-wielding, plate-wearing melee combatant. Sebastion has the right of it ;)

Sovereign Court

Much depends upon your build.

Mithril Chain Shirt (1100)

Small Mithril Dagger (250) - Not amazing - but great value since it comes masterworked!

Wand of Cure Light (750)

It looks like most else I can think of off the top of my head has been listed.

A friend with Butterfly Sting?

@Damanta: There is a chronicle that gives you an item of your choice up to 1500 g (more in high tier), so upgrades are not an option. Really nice adventure, though I might have settled for a date instead of that boon^^

Ok time to add some suggestions of my own:

Ring of spell knowledge (1500 GP) not sure if you can change the spell you put into the ring, if that is the case, it could be very useful for certain scenarios.

Daredevil boots (1400 GP) avoid AOO from moving and get an attack bonus against enemies if you manage to avoid their AOO through acrobatics. Not perfect for your heavy armor but...

Shawl of Life keeping (1000 GP) sucks 10 hit points out of you (but those can be healed) and heals for for the same amount if you drop below 0 H. Only works if you survive that attack, but could be the difference between you awake prone on the ground and unconscious on the ground... relevant for further attacks.

Pearl of Power I (1000 GP) chances are that someone in your group can use it.

Preserving Flask I (1000 GP) great if you have an alchemist/inquisitor in the party to share the love ... shield should be an ideal buff for you.

Yup, and I forgot to mention I'm a warpriest. I'll probably end up getting a backup aegis of recovery but I was wanting to know what other options there might be.

Ah, well, that wasn't mentioned when I posted, so I went with the idea of a low level person who just gotten to 9+ fame and had a bunch of gold left to spend. The 3000 limit you posted could've been a person with 13 fame and a bunch of gold to spend.

Sovereign Court 5/5

I took a pipes of the sewers on that chronicle, for a Sentinel of Sheyln.

I felt it was sort of thing you'd never "waste" gold on, yet would be fun to have. Especially on that character.

When I was trying to decide, I think I was also considering a rope of climbing, which iirc neatly meets the price critera while being useful yet something you wouldn't be likely to buy.

Lantern Lodge 5/5

Seconding aegis of recovery for a melee-type.

The healing may be relevant (and you'll be happy when it is), but a boost to your bad saves on really bad effects (hold person/hideous laughter/aqueous orb/terrible remorse/poisons) is pretty nice as well.

Oh don't worry I am sure that your advince will have been useful for players in that low prestige situation. My hunter is currently taking a long hard look at that collar ^^ And the ion stone really has potential at that price point.

I third the Aegis of Recovery. It's saved two of my characters and one animal companion so far.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned claws of the Ice Bear at 1300.

Silver Crusade 5/5 5/55/5 **** Venture-Captain, Germany—Bavaria

Yeah, you can't use a weapon with them, they would be great for a brawler though. ^^

For one not on here I really like the Vial of Efficacious Medicine for 700gp

...Fourth for aegis of recovery?

Sovereign Court

The aegis of recovery uses up the neck slot though - the slot properly used by a amulet of natural armor. It's fine in a home game where you can re-slot items - but not in PFS.

Amulet of Natural Armor is boring, and Aegis of Recovery can potentially save your life.

Not getting hit can also save your life, and the Amulet of Nat Armor doesn't crumble to dust when it works.

The resistance isn't that good either since it doesn't stack with a cloak of resistance.

A vote for non-boring!
