I suspect you have posted in the wrong forum, this is for the Beginners Box.
It is no longer possible to do this with Paragon Surge following the faqrratta. Your best option is either the Ancient Lorekeeper archetype or the Spirit Guide Archetype. Lorekeeper will let you pick your bonus spells from the wizard list with a 1 level delay. Spirit Guide gives you a choice of one list which you can change day to day and which contain a number of different wizard spells.
Spirit Guide is incompatible with Dual Cursed and Lorekeeper may well be as well but I dont have my books handy.
