I had a question concerning printing the PDF version of the Player Character Folio. I own the PDF and the print versions of this. I have purchased this a while back and well I'm out of ink at home to print and wanted to get a nicely bound version of the Player Character Folio to use for the next adventure path I'm playing in. I am wondering however, does owning the PDF allow me to print at Kinkos or Staples (through flash drive) as well as getting it spiral bound? Besides printing from my printer produces rather poor quality. I know the printing companies have issues printing anything with a copyright on it and I didn't know how that applies to items such as this due to its unique nature. I am hoping something in the copyright text or something allows me to print for personal use. I would like to not risk getting the employees in trouble by them doing this since this is an instant terminable offense if this does breach copyright laws at Staples (I work there so I know they are strict with that, I also don't want to run into complications on my end either). Anyone have experience with this?

I can't speak as a Paizo person, but once upon a time I was he manager of a Kinko's. Unless Fed-Ex/Kinko's policies have changed, you should be able to request a copyright waiver form that states that you release them from all responsibility because you either have permission, there is no copyright, OR you own the copyright. That should be sufficient. What I don't know is if they still do this, and it's why I've always advocated that publishers grant explicit permission to print/reproduce a PDF for personal use along with the standard copyright disclaimers.

Please see this FAQ regarding printing PDFs.
Yes, thank you Liz for that. That is exactly what I was looking for.

As clarified by Mike Brock in this thread, the PDF version doesn't qualify you for rerolls - you have to have the actual print product out at the table. It does not, however, have to be being used for the character you are playing (and can even still be in the shrink-wrap).
