Avatar name vs Character name

I'd like to use my avatar name as my character name. Is there any way to do this? Whenever I put in the avatar name in the character name space it says it is already used. I'm pretty sure it's currently in use by me because I searched for users and messages posted and can't find anything. I'm very confused.

You can't because avatars are posting accounts just like your main ID.

You'll have to settle for a variation that's spelled somewhat differently.

You can definitely switch names between avatars and pfs characters, as long as you haven't locked them in by posting yet. Otherwise, you're pretty much stuck.

Why not just use the Avatar for posting in game, if you want to use it that much?

Name of the homeland
Name of the Title
Adjetive Name

My Solution was to Add a last name to my PFS Character

It's goofy but he's a Fire Mage.

My variant on that is to add " PC" to the name.
