Lets talk about flowing monk build... I have some questions.
1) Kama (Double-Chained) - it has reach. Do I have penalty for using it for trip attacks (flurry) from reach without exotic weapon prof? Do I need weapon finesse to make trip attacks with DEX bnus, or just Agile Maneuvers will be OK?
2) Can I trip an opponent, that provokes attack of opportunity while trying to stand up, again and use ki throw?
3) Can I use shield of swings while "wielding" double-chained kama, but not using it in full attack action? Or while all my attacks are only trup or disarm maneuvers (dealing no damage)?

1. If you try to use a weapon with the trip quality to trip an enemy, as opposed to trying to make the maneuver regularly, if you are not proficient with the weapon, you get a -4 penalty on the trip attempt. You can still try to do it though.
2. To do reach trip attempts with a weapon, you need an attack roll plus CMB modifiers. Either Agile Manoeuvres, Fury's Fall or Weapon Finesse suffice to add your dexterity to the roll.
3. The attack of opportunity to stand happens while the enemy is prone. You cannot trip a prone enemy.
4. You mean taking a Fighting Defensively action? It's greyish but I think the attack penalty applies to CMB.
5. I'm not sure about the language on Agile Manoeuvres but I don't think it's optional, so it wouldn't work.

No. As I know, you can use any part of body to make flurry of blows. But Shield of Swings feat says, that I can get +4 on CMD and shield bonus to AC wielding two-handed weapon and making full-attack (but I deal only 1/2 of damage). Can I use it?
And about tripping prone target: I see it like he is standing up, and then my monk throws him with attack of opportunity again. It's not tripping a prone target, it is preventing stand up action :)

So, it will be good idea to take weapon finesse & fury's Fall beacuse of making attacks of opportunity with unarmed strikes will be great + tripping with STR & DEX bonus.

It's called a 'trip lock', and the rules explicitly forbid this. The foe is still prone when you get your 'stand up' AoO. Use your 'stand up' AoO to inflict damage (with +4 to hit!), or some other debuff, but never for tripping.

If it is a maneuver that is called out as a weapon based maneuver (normally sunder, disarm, and trip) then weapon finesse allows you to use your Dex instead of your STR for that maneuver, assuming you are making the attempt with a finessable weapon.
Also, as a weapon based maneuver, any bonus to using that weapon such as it's enhancement bonus or weapon focus will apply to the maneuver check as well.
However, if the maneuver is not weapon based, such as a grapple, weapon finesse does nothing and you must use agile maneuvers.
