Flying and Firing

I have a question regarding a Strix Gunslinger. Can a Strix Fly up in the air and shoot while hovering? Can they shoot on the move? While they take penalties either way?

If there is a simple answer somewhere in a book that I missed please feel free to point me in that direction. Thanks!

Yeah, you can attack while flying just as easily as attacking while standing/walking. So, you could move through the air and use your standard action to attack. Or you could hover in place and make a full-attack action (provided you can reload quickly enough). You don't take any penalties for doing so, as far as I am aware.

You do have to make fly checks to hover but that's not too hard of a check.
