[PFS] What is a better two level dip for Alchemist

Lantern Lodge RPG Superstar 2015 Top 32

Greetings all!
I'm trying to make a religious (Grenadier) Alchemist, and I was trying to determine which would be a better one to three level dip: (Divine Hunter) Paladin or (some form of) Inquisitor.
I realize both options make me incredibly MAD, but his role is to be a party face, pinch healer, and ranged bomber.
I'm looking at the following stats
Human or half elf
Str 8
Dex 15
Con 8
Int 15 (+2)
Wis 14
Cha 14
Thanks for your input!

Are you dipping just to get the party face? If so, you don't need to do so. Just use clever word play to get Diplomacy based on your int.

I think that you could be religious without dipping into other classes. Alchemists can be great ranged bombers without dips. What precisely do you see this dip getting you?

Hmm

Evangelist prc if anything.. It lets you be religious mechanically without losing multiple levels or being mad, and it gives you more skills per level.

Please don't dip! Think of the fourth level extracts, man! Sit back, relax, and Alchemically Allocate some +10 to social skill of your choice elixirs if you want to be a face! Also, yes, Clever Wordplay.

I was leaning towards Divine Hunter paladin mainly for the free Precise Shot, but also detect evil.
The inquisitor judgment seems more flexible than Smite Evil, and some of the 1st level domain powers don't scale based on level.
Isn't Evangelist also a one level dip? (As the first level doesn't count towards your existing class)

The Exchange

3 levels of paladin + a certain bracelet give you 3/day smite as a 7th level paladin

Alchemist? With diplomacy (face) and healing?

Diplomacy?
The aforementioned Clever Wordplay.

Healing?
Infusion Discovery. Now anyone can drink the healing extracts you make.
Use Magic Device + CLW wand. Pragmatic Activator trait to have it based off of intelligence.

Your class already allows you to heal and use social skills. I wouldn't dip at all. The two traits will pretty much have you set.

Alchemist doesn't need to use UMD to activate a wand of CLW. CLW is on the alchemist formulae list, and alchemists can use spell trigger items of spells on their list.

I echo all the above advice, except swap your CON and CHA scores, dump CHA down to 7 and bring strength to 10. Clever Wordplay takes care of your needs.

Then that works even better...between sharing infusions and just using healing wands you should be set. I was playing a PFS Alchemist before and the GM ruled I couldn't use a wand of CLW, never re-looked it up.

Two more levels of Alchemist would be a good choice.
