Monster Summoning Alignment Question

Are there any alignment restrictions for the summon monster spells? For example, can an evil aligned Conjuror summon Hound Archons (which are LG).

No restrictions. You may summon as you please. There are alignment restriction on the summon good/neutral/evil monster feats. But right out the box, summon as you please.

Only for certain classes.

...for wizards. For clerics, it becomes MUCH more restrictive.

As long as you do not have something restricting your spells (such as a cleric) you can summon anything on the list you want.
