Megaraptor animal companion for a Lizardfolk character

Advice

MegaRaptor

We've got a player who is an 8th level Sacred Huntsmaster Inquisitor that will be taking this Megaraptor as his Animal Companion. Do you have any suggestions on feat choices for this? Combat Reflexes & Iron Will are being taken already, so that leaves us with 2 more, but the question we have is does the Megaraptor still get to keep his Improved Initiative and Run feats listed in it's description or would those count as 2 of his 4 feats he gets?

Player is burning a feat on Monstrous Mount, instead of choosing a Worg he'll be gaining this Megaraptor, who will speak Lizardfolk and understand Common.

Any feedback would be great.

Sovereign Court

animal companions don't come with free feats. You select them normally, see animal companions under druids in the corebook.

Liberty's Edge

You need to purchase all of an animal Companion's Feats.

That said, Run's a terrible idea. I'd grab something like Power attack instead. Yeah, it's accuracy isn't gonna be great sans buffs, but Power Attack is super useful anyway.

I would suggest Valiant Steed and Armor Proficiencies. Narrow frame is surprisingly handy unless you have a magical means of storing companions already

Okay looks like it'll be Improved Initiative, Iron Will, Combat Reflexes and Narrow Frame.

Plus Outflank, Paired Opportunists and Pack Flanking shared from his master.

Toughness never hurts. I think you can skip armor proficiency if you go with masterwork light studded barding for +3 AC, 0 ACP. Or Mithral chain shirt barding for +4 AC if you have the funds.

And don't forget 10gp for a training harness for +2 to animal handling checks.
