Missile Shield+Deflect Arrows?

If PC already has missile shield, does gaining deflect arrows do anything?

For example, dwarf tank with tower shield. I've got missile shield. If I add deflect arrows, am I able to deflect two missile attacks per round, or still just the one?

Doesn't each one give you a "once a round- Ignore a hit" ?
So wouldn't you just get two..

I'm pretty sure you get two. Different sources

Yes and no, missile shield allows you to deflect attacks as if you had the deflect arrows feat. It doesn't repeat the text, but allows you to function as if you had the other feat.

Hence the question. I'm not sure on this one.

It functions as the other feat. but is not the other feat. There isn't any overlap issues.. They're two seperate effects from two seperate things.
Just like you could use the style that allows you to do a similar effect.

at least I don't see any issues at all since they are properly different.

Most stacking issues are direct repeats from same source. As near as I can tell each feat is a different source. Instead of "feats" being a source. Ican't think of any specific examples but there are a few examples around that imply it as well
