So I'm looking at the feats on this character and I can't understand how it can have 7 feats : Combat Casting, Dodge, Great Fortitude, Greater Spell Focus (evocation), Spell Focus (evocation), Spell Penetration, Toughness.
PFS gets Spell Focus feat instead of Scribe Scroll at 1st level Wizard. 7th PC gets 4 more feats. So that's 6 feats. Wizard gets bonus feat at level 5, but this cannot be spent on normal feats. and none of the listed feats could be taken as the wizard bonus feat.
So how can this be resolved?

I'm trying to find out if it's actually an error, or if there was some hidden rule that allows the Wizard Bonus Feat to take Greater Spell Focus.
Like... for Bonus Wizard Feat, take Scribe Scroll which is under PFS replaced with Spell Focus, but because you already have Spell Focus, you get Greater Spell Focus instead. It's very convoluted, but this is the only way I can see that this character is actually legal.
There is a problem in the 1st level Wizard pregen also... It's equipment adds up to more than 150 gp. Just it's mw cane is 300 gp?

Arcane Bonds are always masterwork and also free (well, the first one is anyway). His cane is his arcane bond.
As for the feats, I think that's just an error.

1st level - Feat, Human bonus feat, Spell Focus (Wizard bonus feat)
3d level - Feat
5th level - Feat, Wizard bonus feat
7th level - Feat
That's seven feats. Since Item Crafting feats are not allowed, there may have been an allowance for other feats in their place. I can't find such an allowance in the Guide to Organized Play, PFS FAQ, or additional materials, though.

I'd normally expect to see it used for a metamagic feat.
By level 5, you can certainly benefit from some of the cheaper ones, like Silent or Still. And those two fit the PFS ethos of 'sneak into places, explore, and try not to cause unnecessary trouble'.
But to get it changed, you'll need the permission of the staff, so hit that FAQ button.
