Mythic Champion feat questions

Advice

Guys -

I'll be building a Mythic Champion ... class will be Magus [Kensai] or a Pathfinder version of a Tome of Battle class. In feat planning, does one go with Quick Draw [which provides some flavor and utility] or Combat Reflexes ... ASSUMING the choice must be between the two. Assume all other feat slots are "booked".

On the surface, Combat Reflexes is a superior feat, but flavor wise ... would feel weird to have an "uber swordsman" who couldn't "draw" fast. Additionally, if the character takes Quick Draw and then uses a mythic path slot on Ever Ready, he'd have access to additional attacks of opportunity. I mean, how many times will one get more than a few AoO per round anyway?

Thanks for the feedback and help.

Bueller? Bueller?

I can't help much from a mechanics standpoint but perhaps from a flavor standpoint. Iado is the art of quick drawing and is a specialty all its own. If you see your kensai being an iado specialist, then go with the Quick Draw. If you want him to be more effective in combat then go with Combat Reflexes and get the increased AoO.

Need more details on the build. Also it sounds like you already answered your question.

The Mythic Path ability already grants you AoO, both the ability to make them flat-footed as well as additional ones per round. If you're not going reach magus, then I wouldn't even bother spending a feat on Combat Reflexes. CR works better when you have reach.

I'd pick Quick Draw.

Could not say you this will interact with ToB.

Thanks a ton guys ... very helpful!
Happy Holidays!
