I recommend: The Caravan Map Pack, Item Cards, Poster Map Folio, GM's Guide to Tian Xia, Player's Guide to Tian Xia, GM's Guide to Linnorm Kings. For non-paizo: Legendary Games' Supplements are very good, and partially co-created by the Jade Empire writers.

Once you reach Minkai, there are a ton of products produced by Rite Publishing for the Kaidan setting of Japanese horror (PFRPG) - my published homebrew. Several of the one-shot modules fit well as side quests. Haiku of Horror: Autumn Moon Bath House (written by me) is a perfect little haunted stop-over in the Forest of Spirits, or once you reach the city of Kasai (and because the encounters have variable CR, they can be adjusted to your party, whatever level they are, easily).
#30 Haunts for Kaidan feature 30 (obviously) unique haunts with a very Japanese flavor, some coming from classical Jpaanese ghost stories, many haunts are interconnected, and all come with extensive back story. There are even a few new unique undead included.
Way of the Samurai (PFRPG) has samurai archetypes and archetypes for other samurai caste classes (gunslinger, paladin, ranger, wizard), 2 prestige classes, 3 samurai orders, and a complete subsystem for creating custom samurai clans, to even include a stated clan, NPCs, feats, magic items, a samurai town and map.
Way of the Yakuza has rogue archetypes and archetypes for other yakuza-based classes: bard, fighter, and tattooist wizard, 1 prestige class, feats, and complete subsystem for creating yakuza gangs, with sample gangs, NPCs, magic items, yakuza town and map.
In the Company of Kappa, In the Company of Henge, and In the Company of Tengu provides racial paragon classes for each race, specific racial archetypes for other classes.
There's a bunch of new oriental monsters in the 3 modules of the Kaidan: Curse of the Golden Spear trilogy of modules, especially in the second module, Dim Spirit, that might be worth looking at.
You should also look at Legendary Games that has a bunch of add-ons and replacement subsystems for Jade Regent specifically, since many of the authors of the AP, are from Legendary Games.
You should look at Little Red Goblin Games with a host of oriental products.
Paizo's Ruby Phoenix Tournament module is another good fit to place somewhere in Jade Regent AP.
Incidentally, I was commissioned to create the hand-drawn design of the City of Kasai, and written parts of the City of Kasai gazetteer, and credited as contributing author for The Empty Throne module of the Jade Regent AP, so Paizo recognizes my expertise on things Japanese...

Thanks for the shout-out. We have created 7 "Adventure Path Plug-In" products that are ideal for use with JR, and as pointed out many written by folks who worked on the AP like Neil Spicer and I. They've got 5-star ratings across the board and I think you'd find them a great addition to your campaign, and we do have a few more products intended for this line early next year.
