Help with feat for gnome illusionist

Advice

Reached level 10 this session of Kingmaker.

I have the following feats:

Craft Magical Arms and Armour
Craft Wondrous Item
Spell Focus Illusion
Improved Familiar
Improved Initiative
Craft Rod

Core and APG only.

I'm considering Greater Spel Focus Illusion.

Illusions are often save-or-die so greater spell focus is an excellent idea

I'll probably go for Greater Spell Focus Illusion then. What's your opinion on Spell Penetration?

Spell Penetration is one of those feats that are completely useless in most situations, but can really be a lifesaver in the situations where they apply.

I never take Spell Penetration, but I'm always regretting it when I end up as the lowest level caster a mod with high SR opponents.

Lantern Lodge

This is where the sorcerer/arcanist has some punch ... Piercing Spell applied on the fly can be a lifesaver.

Shadow Lodge

I'm a fan of effortless trickery from Gnomes of Golarion, maintain concentration on illusions as a swift action.

Grand Lodge

It'd require campaign information to know if Spell Penetration is worth the investment. If you're not certain that there will consistently be Spell Resistant enemies, it may be wise to invest in a few spells known that either buff allies or ignore spell resistance instead. Feats are precious resources.
