Compsognathus slots, do they have a hand slot?

So a lot of places recommend taking monkeys or a compsognathus as a familiar because they have useable hands, does that mean they have a hand slot naturally or do I need the Extra Slot feat?

According to Animal Archive, they are biped(claws/paws) and so do not have a hands slot.

lol I literally just found that they have armor, belt, chest, eyes, headband, neck, ring, shoulders, and wrist.

Hmmm... the poisoner's gloves needs the hand slot... /:
