Kitsune qualify for Arcane Strike with SLA?

The title pretty much sums up my question. Can a Kitsune Oracle qualify for Arcane Strike by having Dancing Lights as a racial SLA?

I searched and could only find much postulation and opining on the matter, nothing definitive.

Still yes. PFS doesn't change anything about SLAs qualifying for things.
