There's no standard cost for mimicking a feat, and it's not common. Snatch Arrows is 4,000. Improved Critical starts at 6,000 and increases with the total effective enhancement of the weapon. Cleave is probably about 15K worth of the Sylvan Scimitar (otherwise approximately a +4 equivalent weapon).
The price for metamagic rods is based on the level increase granted by the feat. I'm not sure what the formula is but the numbers are clear from looking up a few examples:
+0 level: 1,500 / 5,500 / 12,250
+1 level: 3,000 / 11,000 / 24,500
+2 level: 9,000 / 32,500 / 73,000
+3 level: 14,000 / 54,000 / 121,500
+4 level: 35,000 / 75,500 / 170,000

Yeah, I've seen the examples. The reason I'm asking is because an item costs less if it has limited uses per day, and I want to calculate the price for it not having limited uses. I would also like to know how they calculate the price for lesser, normal and greater. But I guess if there are no official PF rules, my GM and I will have to wing it.

Uses per day is actually easy. You divide the unlimited use version by 5/X where X is the uses per day. Or if you want simpler math, you multiply the unlimited use by X/5 where X is the uses per day. To undo the 3/day of the metamagic rods you'd multiply by 5/3 to get an unlimited use version.
As for the rest of the costs... no clue. Like, seriously no clue. The early ones sort of follow a pattern, but that might just be my mind playing tricks on me.

I would be very careful about allowing an unlimited metamagic rod at only 5/3 the cost of the regular rod. It would probably be better just to charge 1/3 the cost for every allowable use, i.e. 30 uses per day is x10 the cost.
I agree. A GM should not allow the existence of an unlimited use metamagic rod in the first place. A rod with more charges should continue in price as a normal rod.
A rod with six charges should cost twice that of a rod with 3.

Agreed.
