Is there anyway we can get an update on the Golem Sale orders in general instead of addressing only the people that complain.

For example, last friday we were working on Oct 2nd orders. Are we up to the 3rd? the 4th? the 5th? Can we please get an update that shows us some kind of progress is being made in the general sense.....

So we can at least show that progress is being made??

seems like time is wasted when one person asks just about their order

shipping gnome goes and checks that order

responds to that one complaint

repeat.......


Apparently they must still be on the 2nd, as mine is still pending.

No Bobs in accounting (or extra hands to spare there), but our CEO has been helping pack orders when she can.

My patience has been rewarded.....or perhaps not constantly asking about just my order?!?

Anyhow, my order of 42 modules/AP's has shipped, TYVM..... now UPS hurry up!!!!!!!!

I can obsessively keep rechecking status on ups web site now!!!!
