The reward is once per character per scenario. The only reward that is once per player per season is anything that gives a Mini-Chronicle Sheet (currently only the Demo and On the Horizon intro scenarios).
Filling Out A Chronicle Sheet Each scenario reward can be gained only once per character.
Your VO might be more familiar with PFS for the RPG, where the reward is more generally once per player. But in the ACG, it is once per character (with the exceptions pluvia33 mentioned).
Player Name, Character Name, PFS ID#, Character Class, Success? (Y/N), Deck Upgrades, Organizer Intials and ID#, Notes. You can see it at the end of the demo script or On the Horizon, which are both free to download.
You have to choose which character you will apply the mini chronicle to, which isn't necessarily the character you played with to earn it.

The demo which also earns you a mini-Chronicle sheet is played with S&S characters so you definitely have to assign the reward to a legitimate OP character.
(But you can earn the mini-Chronicle sheet from either the demo or the mini-scenario but not both even if you've played both.)
I just meant those products that have the mini chronicle sheet are free if you wanted to see what it looks like.
You earn it by completing the demo or intro scenario.
