Quickened Trance - move trance down one step, time wise.

So, standard at one, move at sixth, swift at tenth, free (but limit one free one per round?) at 14th.

Increased Phrenic Pool - natch.

Extra Phrenic Power - natch.

Extra Spirit bonus - at least +1.
