Repose or Luck?

Advice

A Crusader+Cleric/1 Qinggong-Flowing+Monk/8 asks for your help... what Domain should he choose?

He thinks it wise to choose Repose to stagger his opponents(reducing full attacks), or Luck to help him connect his hits better(or saves and many other d20 involvement for his teammates).

Monks by their nature attack, attack, and keep attacking. Both of these are support in nature so honestly I'm not sure of take either. That said luck is one of the best domains in the whole game so I'd have to go with it.

Either Domain Strike or a Conductive weapon can turn the Gentle Rest Power into a casual stagger, which is incredibly powerful. Even without either of these, giving up the often-weak standard attack of a monk to stagger instead is really good, particularly for a Flowing Monk.

The Luck power is a standard action, so he can't use it to improve his own turn of combat.
