Is there a non-magical piece of equipment or a feat that can further increase the damage from a brawler's fists (hybrid class)?

Non-magical equipment: No.
Feat: None that will increase dice. There are general damage increasing feats like Power Attack or Piranha Strike, and Dragon Style.
Trait: Heavy Hitter
He didn't ask for dice increase.
Weapon Specialization and Greater Weapon Specialization will do the trick, for feats.
There's no non-magical equipment that will help you.
For traits, Heavy Hitter or Quain Martial Artist as it is better known is your best bet.
