Magic item that creates magic items?

Rules Questions

This is a really silly idea, but is it actually somehow possible to create a magic item that can create a single type of magic item? Having one where you could create anything seems a bit weird (or weirder), while dealing with blueprints also feels weird.

Anyway, yeah, just a bit of idly curiousity jiggling around in my head when I came to thinking of mass producing arms and armour for armies. Arm arm arm.

I'm pretty sure you need a bunch of gm fiat for that... Figuring out how much it cost to grant a craft feat to an item....

Suggestions:

Have an intelligent item who "just" need a body to do the lifting....

A silly gnome probably made a machine that makes CLW potions that taste like beer... 10% is ILW though...

The land of free golems... (a free thinking crafting golem is still an item... Right???)

An evil artifact creates a magic sword every week... Always +1 bane(the first creature type that touches the sword)...

An Intelligent Magical Item that creates a Simulacrum that creates an Intelligent Magical Item that creates a Simulacrum that creates an Intelligent Magical Item that creates a Simulacrum that creates...

Money's the issue though. Where's the magic item that creates magic items going to get the required components?

A printing press for scroll scribing?

By the rules? No. Not without the GM making up some sort of rules to enable this, it isn't really possible.
