So Seltyiel's recharge power does FAQ'd
It used to be
Before you reset you hand, you may attempt to recharge a spell in your discard pile.
Now it says
At the end of your turn, you may attempt to recharge a spell in your discard pile.
Amaryllis from the Sorcerer Class Deck has a similar power.
After (□ and before) you reset your hand, you may attempt to recharge a spell in your discard pile.
Feel like Amaryllis' power should change to reflect Seltyiel's FAQ... maybe something like "At the end of your turn you may attempt ((□ or make two attempts) to recharge a spell in your discard pile

That is because there are lots of steps that are "before you reset your hand". So as originally worded he could do it during his explore step, or his move step, or during his give a card step.
"Reset your hand" is still probably not great because it can happen during a turn due to a monster or location. But the upgraded version of Amaryllis wouldn't have kept her alive if she was short 1 card. I guess part of the question is how important that is.

I think you could just add "At the end of your turn," to the start of her power and it'd be fine. That would make it clear that it only applies to your EOT reset that every turn has, not ones caused by failing to defeat monsters and such. It doesn't change the way it works, and makes it clear how it is done.

So is the issue here that resetting your hand isn't a step, or that monsters can allow you to recharge spells (by resetting your hand)?
I thought it was the fomer, hence the "immediately" solution I sugggested. But if it's the latter, I like Andrew's as well.
If it's both, we should probably keep discussing this (bearing in mind that Mike is also discussing it - but there's nothing wrong with talking while hanging, is there?).

Actually...
Immediately after (□ and before) Mike issues a temp FAQ on this one, you may suggest an aternative while hanging loose, because it isn't a step.
Although you cannot after Vic's issuance of a FAQ because it is a step.
This said it may not cover cases in which Orbis allows you to recharge your magic box of propositions (no I am not suggesting Orbis to be part of the Monster type).
More seriously, I too support Andrew's solution. Simple and efficient it seems.

Reset Your Hand: First, apply any effects that happen at the end of
the turn; if a power allows or directs you to not reset your hand, you
must still apply any effects that happen at the end of the turn. You
may play cards and use powers unless a power directed you to reset
your hand and end your turn. After resolving these effects, you may
no longer play cards or use powers for the rest of the turn.
Next, you may discard any number of cards. Then, if you have more
cards in your hand than your hand size specifies, you must discard until
the number of cards in your hand matches your hand size. Finally, if you have fewer cards than your hand size, you must draw cards until
the number of cards in your hand matches your hand size.End Your Turn: When you’re done, the turn passes to the player on
your left.
'Reset Your Hand' and 'End Your Turn' are separate steps (and both required, along with advancing the Blessings deck). Except end of turn effects happen at the start of resetting your hand (even if you are told to not reset your hand, but some of them don't happen if you are forced to reset your hand and end your turn; being told to reset your hand without ending your turn is also a possibility). Now we can use both end of turn slots!
At the end of your turn, after (▢ and before) you reset your hand.
Things are much improved since the original RotRL rules. Based on this update, I think that we are getting
End of turn.
You may play cards and use powers unless you were told to reset your hand and end your turn.
- End of turn effects.
- Reset your hand. You may no longer play cards and use powers unless specifically told to do so.
- Pass play to the next player.
Seems fine, but I would need to revisit the discussions of the original rules to find new bugs. I like the way that there would only be one end of turn.
