My problem: I have an Elven Inquisitor of Erastil at 1st level, 1XP. He went through the Confirmation, lots of cool rewards, BUT, I found the archer style underwhelming. I am sure at higher levels it would be fun, however as he is now, I did not enjoy him.
My Question: Is there a limit in rebuilding him. I know I can rebuild before level 2. He has only been in 1 scenario so that is not an issue. However, what can I change? Feats, skills, traits or Class Features (picking a new deity/domain) or what your class is (thinking bloodrager). How about race? is he stuck as Elf, or can he turn up next game as half elf or tengu or wayang?
Thank You

More correctly, you cannot change your build after the first time the character is played at second level.
You can use the training rules from Ultimate Campaign. However, the Guide to Organized play makes this fairly costly. The high cost means that changes you can make fall short of a major rebuild.

Indeed, as long as your PC has not been played at second level or higher, you can change almost everything about him, except for getting refunds for partially or completely used consumables.
If you come up with a race boon, you can even use that in the rebuild.
Oh, and that "or higher" comes from a PC getting GM credited past second level. In my PFS PCs, I have a PC that was played through three scenarios at first level, then got GM credit for some modules that took him to 7th level before I played him again.

To further clarify, I don't think you can sell anything bought with Prestige.
As others have said, the only other fixed item is used consumables. I've assumed that means you can't sell back your remaining 43 arrows for example.
Beyond these two, the only thing you have to keep is the -## that identifies the PC.
