Bit of Luck (Sp): You can touch a willing creature as a standard action, giving it a bit of luck. For the next round, any time the target rolls a d20, he may roll twice and take the more favorable result. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.
I have a cohort cleric with luck domain. She uses my initiative.
Can she use this ability on my character, and IN THE SAME ROUND character takes advantage from it? (Bit of luck - than my chracter takes full attack with two d20 for each strike)
And can she use it on herself? She's next round will be NEXT, so she can, for example, roll twice for caster level chesk and other.
Actually, what does it mean - next round?
Thanks.

Can you benefit from it in the same round? :
- Not really, at least not with a full-attack. It costs a standard action to use and you expend both your move and standard action to full-attack. However you'll still get the bonus to saves and skill checks you have to make in that round.
Next round?
- Slightly awkward wording in the ability but it basically just means until the start of your next turn.
P.S.: it's mostly a REALLY good support ability. But take a look at Quicken Spell Like Ability (a feat) and/or this item ( http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/h-l/headb and-of-fortune-s-favor ) if you'd like to get the benefit yourself.

So can tha main character benefit from it with full attack in the same round?
Yes, if she acts before you, then you will get the benefit until the start of her next turn.
But the cohort can not (for caster level check for next round)?
Dunno what you mean by this. On your cohort's next turn, your cohort can do whatever it wants.

She want's to make a caster level check when casting a spell WITH BONUS oof Bit of luck.
So, with new information, I think it can be only made with quicken spell or something like this :)
Thanks a lot!
Right, she uses up her standard action to luck someone and thus can't use a standard action to cast. If you can cast a spell with a free/swift action then you can do what you're wanting.
