Does Divine Tracker and Wild Hunter stack if so would Shared Focus (Su) from Wild Hunter not work unless you were able to get a animal companion from another source?
BBT is correct about the archetypes stacking. As to the second part of your question...
RAW, I don't think your Shared Focus would work with an animal companion obtained from something other than Hunter's Bond. Shared Focus doesn't say your animal companion gets the bonus, it says "If the wild hunter's bond is with an animal companion, the companion automatically gains...". If you don't have Hunter's Bond (which you don't since Wild Hunter removes it), then you can't make use of Shared Focus.
For a home game, ask your GM, I can see some of them allowing you to apply it to an animal companion obtained through a source other than Hunter's Bond (e.g. Animal Ally). In PFS, or with a GM who adheres to RAW, I think you're out of luck.
