Advice Wanted: Sense Motive Needed!!

Could someone recommend as many Sense Motive enhancing abilities and wonderous/magic items as possible? I have maybe 10k gold and either a trait or feat I can swap out.

Snake Style much? Remember it only blocks one hit per round!

For abilities, there's a couple of archetypes that add 1/2 level to Sense Motive, but I'm not sure you want to put in that much commitment.

For traits, there's Survivor, which adds +1 and +1 initiative, which is pretty sweet if SM is not a class skill for you.

For feats I know only Skill Focus and Alertness, but the latter is really good for the perception bonus.

For items, you want to go custom. A +15 SM ring or cloak is not that expensive by generator rules.

Martial Artist Exploit Weakness gives a bonus of +1/2 monk level on SM in addition to other things.

The Inquisitor's Monocle is a big ol' +5 competence bonus for 6,800.

If you don't have your ranks maxed out, you can get a headband of Int with Sense Motive--that will fill up the Sense Motive ranks up to your level.

Combine that with Skill Focus in Sense Motive, and that gets you +6 at 10th level.
