Need a 1st level Bloodrager in 3 hours!!

Advice

This should be a pretty easy exercise for you folks here!

To cut to the chase, I'm ignoring a lot of background, but just know I'm more than willing to sacrifice optimization for theme...

I need a 1st level human bloodrager! I've got the CRB, APG, UM, UC, and ARG to name the "big" titles. I have the PFd20 for the bloodrager class.

I've rolled 4d6 and dropped the lowest, giving me:

17, 15, 13, 11, 9, 9

My bloodline will be draconic (white dragon).

Character concept: brutal female savage raised in a secluded mountain encampment where the humans are slave to the white dragon. I almost hate to use this analogy, but think North Korea and the dragon is Kim Jong Il! A select few "special" humans are used as agents of the dragon: fiercely loyal and devoted. This character will start off that way until she sees the light...

Thinking about having her fight two-handed with stone axes (tomahawks).

My character was going to be a dragon shaman/barbarian multi-class, but then the ACG came out and I couldn't believe how the bloodrager fit my concept!

This will be my group's first all Pathfinder game, so any help with feat selection, archetypes, etc. is greatly appreciated. I don't have access to the feats in the ACG, but hope so at next payday!!

I'd arrange stats as follows:
Str19
Dex13
Con15
Int9
Wis9
Cha11

Put your first level bump into Charisma. for feats, I'd spring for Power Attack and either Raging Vitality or Iron Will at first level. Might consider dipping into the Dragon Disciple for a +2Str. For an archetype, you might consider Primalist to swap some powers out for Dragon Totem, as that seems pretty darn thematic for your character. Could swap the human racial stat bump to Charisma instead, though I'd personally go with the 19 for the extra attack and damage. If you are using traits, Blood of Dragons in the Ultimate Campaign can get you Low-Light vision, along with sticking with your theme fairly well, and then a +1 Will save trait would be good to shore up on that 9 wisdom.

Actually, as much as people will pump str and ignore the casting since it's not until 4th level, stats of:

Str 17 Dex 13 Con 15 Int 9 Wis 9 Cha 13(11) (racial either dex or cha for that 11).

If you fluff a Nagaji as a dragonkin instead of a lizardfolk, that actually makes a better race, and just use FCB for skills.

Then Str 17(15) Dex 13 Con 17 Int 7(9) Wis 9 Cha 13(11). All odd stats, so you can pick whatever you like to increase as you level (Str, Con, Cha all good choices.

Especially since you get a feat for a Con based blinding touch attack (Spit Poison).
Natural Armor, a couple good skills, and low light vision.

Either way, take the Primalist Archetype. It lets you take Rage powers like a barbarian instead of your bloodline powers at 4/8/12/16.

Also seconding the idea of the Dragon Disciple Prestige class if your GM says it works (it should by the larger consensus on the boards) for 4 levels.

Dual Talent Human:

17(+2) STR
11 DEX
15 CON
13 CHA
9 (+2) WIS
9 INT

Take the Steelblood archetype so you can use heavy armor and get good AC with low dexterity. You'll want will save buffs, so put one of your level ups in wisdom, take iron will (feat) and auspicious tattoo (trait). Other than that the only thing you really need is Power Attack at level one.

For what it is worth. After level 4 you qualify for Arcane Strike. It is a great swift action ability.

That is about all i have. I will be playing a blood rager next Avdventure path with my group. We are running them all in order. I will be in charge of the front lines alone and like the idea of dragon disciple dip.

str 19
dex 11
con 15
int 9
wis 9
cha 13

rageshaper is cool with draconic bloodline. pick up improved natural attack (claws) as a lvl1 feat and you are doing 1d10 damage with 2 attacks/round. when enlarged it becomes 2 attacks of 2d6, and at lvl8 it becomes 3d6.

lvl5 and 7 feats should be arcane strike +blooded arcane strike for a permanent +2damage.

lvl4 bonus to str, lvl 8 to str,lvl12 to cha

if you don't like the breath weapon you can skip that + the wings (you gain fly as a spell +at lvl16 you get them anyways) to get 4 rage powers(primalist), including the 3 beast totem line if you want. lesser celestial blood is also awesome because holy aomf is expensive and furious courageous aomf would generally be better (2d6 damage vs +2att +2dam +1will +1str +1con)

the concept is to fight with two hand axes.

that's not a low dex concept

Str 15
Dex 17
Con 13
Int 9
Wis 9
Cha 11(13)
