Does the Riving Strike penalty stack?

Rules Questions

I know multiple bonuses from the same source don't stack, but what about multiple penalties? Specifically, does the penalty from Riving Strike stack if you hit the same enemy multiple times in the same round?

(Edit) And how long is "1 round" in this context? Does it last until the beginning of my next round, or until the end?

Grand Lodge

Penalties usually stack.

They may just overlap here though.

I always assume that things from the same source, buffs and rebuffs alike, don't stack unless noted differently.

1round duration=it ends right when your initiative starts.

As a general rule, penalties from the same ability do not stack. (See the Evil Eye stacking FAQ for reference to this general rule.)

On the one round. I meant if you used arcane strike in your initiative it will end at the start of your next round.
BUT
If you used it on your opponent's turn (hint hint aberrant/abyssal) it will end at the start of your opponent's turn

Another good question would be if Riving Strike stacks with the Gloves of Arcane Striking's second power. Seems like you could spread out some decent debuffs that way.
