In my recently started Rise of the Runelords campaign one of the players has been trying to figure out the maximum possible distance theoretically travelable personally (no teleportation stuff) in one round in conjunction with the party's paladin, who is planning on using the racer mount archetype. How fast can this get assuming all involved are level 7 with a crafter Arcanist in the party, but otherwise at normal WBL?

A Roc has a base speed of 80 and is available as a druid animal companion, this translates to a paladin special mount. A haste spell will up the speed by 30 enchancement. Burst of speed will give another 20 (unnamed) if you can figure out a way to cast it (paladin 3, personal range). At this point you're going 130. Fly downward (at an angle) on a full run, and that number is 1040 feet in one round.
Then the wizard on the mythic-spelled phantom steed uses the same tricks to race by at 1600 per round, laughing and thumbing it's nose at you.
Then the hasted dragon zips past both of you with a flame aura up and you are both comically singed like one o' them cartoon characters.
