If I move after casting Line in the Sand, does the 5-ft. burst also move? It should last for 1 round/level, but does the line only exist as five feet from the origin or from me?

As written, no, it doesn't move. It's a burst, which affects the area just once (and the effects stay for 1/round a level).
If it continued to be centered on you it'd be an emanation, not a burst. That being said, it really looks like it should be an emanation, so this might be more ACG bad editing.

No. If you move out of the area where you cast if the area stays behind and you do not continue to receive the benefit.
See the definition of burst versus emanation:
A burst spell affects whatever it catches in its area, including creatures that you can't see. It can't affect creatures with total cover from its point of origin (in other words, its effects don't extend around corners). The default shape for a burst effect is a sphere, but some burst spells are specifically described as cone-shaped. a burst's area defines how far from the point of origin the spell's effect extends.
An emanation spell functions like a burst spell, except that the effect continues to radiate from the point of origin for the duration of the spell. Most emanations are cones or spheres.
The spell is a burst and not an emanation. If it were an emanation it would continue to follow you. But it doesn't continue to radiate from you. It just stays in the area where it was cast.
