half orc slayer / skulking slayer-scout rogue

I'm wondering if this would be a viable build. I think it would end up looking like a slayer for 11 levels and then the other would be skulking slayer-scout rogue. What do you guys think? I'd use him for charging and wailing on people with sneak attack but he'd also get some dirty tricks and feinting off as well.

Skulking Slayer/Scout is one of the better combos for a rogue, so yeah, you could go for that...

But you'd lose BaB. It's possibly a good trade though.

Another option to look into is Cad fighter 7. It's a smaller dip so you can get to pick up another Advanced Slayer Talent (I think), and while you lose some sneak attack, you still get full BaB and you get to pick up Greater Weapon feats.

Plus, you get the Dirty Trick combo Cads can do... Free Dirty Tricks when the opponent is flat-footed, and you can use Dirty Trick to flat-foot your enemy (blinding)! Then you just start piling conditions as you get more free Dirty Tricks. Catch-Off Guard for free is interesting too - you can count unarmed enemies as flat-footed, just hit them with the hilt of your weapon and you trigger free dirty tricks... getting Improved Disarm would help too!

That's not a bad setup. I've always avoided the cad archetype out of habit more than anything, but in this case it may work out. I went with the skulking slayer-scout combo because of the d8 sneak attack dice and the ability to get it off on a charge, etc. With a high initiative, this class can do insane damage. If I go bounty hunter instead of slayer the opportunity to do really nasty choke hold stuff and in general being a her really presents itself.

Edit: bounty hunter might go well with the archetype.

Skulking slayer gets to Dirty trick anytime they can sneak attack, so that trick works both ways.

I went Lore warden 5/Skulking slayer x for my PFS toon, str based, use a heavy flail (same weapon group as whips for tripping on the side), combined with felling smash and greater trip for close combat.
