Order #3274075 Still Showing as Pending

Hello, I created a subscription for the Pathfinder ACG a few weeks ago to start with the Adventure Deck #2: The Fever Sea. As of today, it shows The Fever Sea plus the two promos under my order history as "Pending". I had been reading about everyone receiving authorization e-mails, but I never received one so I believe that something may be wrong with my order.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sure customer service will get back to you. But I wanted to let you know: if the order is actually in your order history (as in you go to My Account and then click View Your Order History) and it has an order number and says pending, that is what happens when it authorizes. So if that is what you are seeing, then I think it authorized.

I'm sure customer service will verify that for you, but I'd suggest checking the email address you have on file and also checking your spam/junk mail folders to see if perhaps the authorization email got lost.

Like I said, I'm sure customer service will look into it for you to verify everything, but I just wanted to offer you that info.

As Hawkmoon said, once you have the order number and it shows as pending, that means it has been authorized.

I've resent the confirmation email, just in case.
