If you had Snake Style, for instance, could you use duelist or swashbuckler abilities with your unarmed strike?
And as a corrolary, if you are fighting something with (say) DR/Bludgeoning, what sort of action would it be to switch between dealing piercing damage (to use your class features) and bludgeoning (to bypass DR)? (Note that Snake Style says that you can deal piercing damage with your unarmed strikes, not that you always do so.)

As far as I know. yes it becomes a B/P weapon. Very much like how aknife is a S/P weapon. So Swash should work fine (and I assume duelist but I haven't read that in along while)
In that example, assuming you had snake style already active. I assume no action required. It doesn't list one so it should fall under "free or no action" category. You just declare prior to your attack roll which damage type your using.
Do note that, that as you decalre what damage type your using, you can't say "I'm dealing piercing" to gain the class abilities then go "oh but do bludgeoning" to bypass the DR. You'd have to choose one type between attacks.
