I have a subscription to the PACG in my shopping cart, and haven't been able to complete the checkout process. It just stays in my shopping cart.
There is a problem with the PACG subscription and the shopping cart. See this thread. They are trying a fix today, so I'd recommend trying one more time and if it doesn't work, leave it in your shopping cart and then post in that thread and ask them to submit it for you.
