After getting raised from the dead last night, I got to 7th level and got access to 4th level spells.
I am a conjurer who is focused on snowball and flurry of snowballs. I have displancement, haste, mad monkeys, summon monster III, stinking cloud, and fly as third level spells.
What would you suggest for 4th level spell choices?

My PFS Theurge has had a level of access to 4th level wizard spells, the ones I have found most useful are:
1. Dimension Door: I started keeping this prepared every day, and have not regretted it, several times it has saved my bacon, or allowed me to re-position to much favorable terrain. (1 time I had familiar cast vanish on me, moved in and grabbed 2 archers that were surrounded/flanked repositioned them for full-attacks agains the enemy)
2. Summon Monster 4: Depending on what feats you have, this one is hard to go without. Hound Archon has been very effective as a meat shield with dr10/evil, good SLA (constant circle of Prot Evil) Aid. The mephits give you quite a few options on the fly (gust of wind, wind wall, lightning bolt, stinking cloud, glitterdust)
There are some others that I have found useful, but I would pick those 2 before any others.

4th level conjuration spells- black tentacles, dimentional door, summon monster 4.
Good necromancy 4th level- enervate and bestow curse, greater false life, wall of blindness
Good evocation 4th level- wall of fire
Good abjuration- st oneskin (communal is cheaper to cast st 5th level), lesser globe of invisability, dimentional anchor
Good illusion- greater invisibility,
Good enchantments- confusion, terrible remorse
Good transmutation- stone shape

"As a fellow conjurationist, I feel you and know that having the right spell picked out is important and you always want the right tool for the job.
I use Black Tentacles a lot, though I don't use it all the time. While great, many foe's will have CMD's that push it outside the range for me to hit. Stick to humanoids and other medium creatures, as they get bigger your likely to miss with them, though last time I did grapple their Boss, even though all his minions still made it out.
You can never go wrong with a dimension door or two prepared. You can use it both offensively and defensively. Get you BSF's right into the other mages face, he never likes that. And if your having a rough day, use it to get out in a hurry. I would highly recommend you consider training to become DIMENSIONAL AGILITY as that makes this spell (and other teleport abilities) that much more useful.
I would say summon monster 4 is great, but the long casting time can be burdensome. Still, great way to become more versatile.
Enervation can really knock some big enemies down a few notches, especially with a little luck, but it is random and requires a ray, which is not the way I like to spend my days.
Lastly, I highly recommend you have at least one emergency force sphere prepared. Its Wall of Force that protects only you, and you can drop it in a second. It is truly amazing how useful this spell can be, and it has saved my life on one occasion, and I know a few other well prepared wizards it has saved. Also, as a conjurationist, we can still utilize most of our spells from within the sphere.
I sure do hope that has helped you little whelping Pathfinder. If we can keep you alive long enough perhaps we can talk about the next tier of spells next time."
