Do you mean the spell, Heart of the Weapon?
Heart of the Metal
School transmutation [earth]; Level magus 3, sorcerer/
wizard 3, witch 3
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S, M (a chunk of adamantine worth 100 gp,
or a chunk of cold iron or silver worth 20 gp)
Range close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Targets one weapon per level
Duration 1 minute/level (see text)
Saving Throw none; Spell Resistance no
You lend the nature of adamantine, cold iron, or silver to the
targeted weapons, with the following effects:
Adamantine: The weapons overcome DR/adamantine
and ignore hardness less than 20.
Cold Iron: The weapons overcome DR/cold iron.
Silver: The weapons overcome DR/silver.
No other advantages or disadvantages of these metal
types apply. For example, a weapon given the nature of
adamantine is not automatically masterwork.
This is able to affect nonmetal weapons. If you grant the
target weapons the property of cold iron, the spell lasts half
as long as normal.
I can't say I see anything against it.

The spell states that it "is able to affect nonmetal weapons."
And it affects 1 "weapon" per level.
Can this spell be used to affect Unarmed Strikes (which are considered weapons if you have IUS) or Natural Attacks?
Also, discovering something against what I stated earlier:
Unarmed Strike: At 1st level, a monk gains Improved Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat. A monk's attacks may be with fist, elbows, knees, and feet. This means that a monk may make unarmed strikes with his hands full. There is no such thing as an off-hand attack for a monk striking unarmed. A monk may thus apply his full Strength bonus on damage rolls for all his unarmed strikes.
Usually a monk's unarmed strikes deal lethal damage, but he can choose to deal nonlethal damage instead with no penalty on his attack roll. He has the same choice to deal lethal or nonlethal damage while grappling.
A monk's unarmed strike is treated as both a manufactured weapon and a natural weapon for the purpose of spells and effects that enhance or improve either manufactured weapons or natural weapons.
You need to have one level of Monk or Brawler somewhere in order for your Unarmed to qualify. Improved Unarmed Strike does not give you this alone. This spell will not work on Natural or Unarmed unless you have a level in Monk, and even then it's only for his/her Unarmed strikes.

The spell Magic Weapon can't be used on Natural Weapons, true, but it can be used on Unarmed Strikes (Monk or Brawler I'd say).
But Heart of the Weapon doesn't include any such proviso and merely specifically states "weapon"..
I'd definitely say it works on Brawler & Monk unarmed strikes, which makes it marvellous as a potion.
Is there any other spell which affects weapons which only affects manufactured weapons, but only specifies "weapons" in the target? Most specify "manufactured weapons". Lead Blades states weapons you carry etc.
This one doesn't..
