Red Mantis Assassin Prestige Class

Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

Scarab Sages

I have the Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting book that was released in 2008 that gives spell lists for the Red Mantis Assassin all the way up to 5th level. The Inner Sea World Guide doesn't have the spell list for the RMA. It states that the RMA can only learn sorcerer/wizard spells from the from the schools of Transmutation And Illusion. The paragraph ends stating that they add two other spells @ each of the following levels 2nd,4th,6th, 8th, & 10th levels. Is there an errata pdf available?

Look here, maybe you will find something.

The thing to remember in this case is that this isn't an errata situation, this is an edition change.

The Pathfinder Chronicles: Campaign Setting book predates the Pathfinder RPG. It was written for the 3.5 edition of Dungeons and Dragons.

The version in the Inner Sea World Guide is the Pathfinder version of the class.

I knew that the Inner Sea World Guide would more than likely take precedence over the Chronicles Book. The main reason I asked the question was because there is a software program that was created by Code Monkey called PCGen that lets you create NPC or PC's. The program pops up w/ an error message that the Alter Self spell is not on the spell list for that class.

Thank You, for answering the question

There was no previous version of the Class.
