Ways to get off sneak attacks

Advice

With the slayer out and widely regarded as the rogue only better, I am not interested in playing a rogue. Probably because I'm a masochist. I'm running a few ideas around in my head, but what it all comes down to is this: Other than just standard flanking, or winning initiative, how do you go about getting off sneak attacks?

I'm mostly looking for little tricks, feats, skill usages, spells, whatever.

To start: Greater invisibility means that the target is denied dexterity to ac vs your attacks so you can sneak attack all day.

The spell Tiny Hut can be used to create a sort of snipers nest, allowing the person within to have total concealment and functional invisibility while attacking.

Silver Crusade

{i]Obscuring mist[/i] spell + fogcutting lens = concealment = sneak attack.

Silver Crusade

Improved Blind-Fight, a smoke stick, and a stealth action (helpfully aided by the smoke stick).

Sipping jacket + greater invisibility potion from summoner's spell list = swift action greater invisibility a round at a time & eviscerated enemies.

Dirty Trick can blind your enemies.

There have been various builds posted in recent days - for a Sneak Attack build, I think the easiest and best way to use Dirty Trick is dipping Maneuver Master monk to get Flurry of Maneuvers.

At first level, you could blind, attack, attack.

not the same thing but arcane trickster gets a free sneak attack afew times a day.
but they're a lot different than say a slayer or rogue sneak attacker and all.

The best and simplest means to get sneak attack damage is teamwork to set up flanks.

If you can't flank due to positioning, you can always get the feat Gang Up to be considered flanking if two more allies threaten an enemy.

Otherwise, you can always use the Dazzling Display - Shatter Defenses - Violent Display combo, that allows you to considered demoralized enemies as flat-footed and then it refreshes the demoralize on each sneak attack.
